All fragrances are produced in small batch releases tied to specific full moons. Each release is limited in quantity and may not be reproduced in exactly the same formulation again.
Because our fragrances are handmade in small batches using natural materials, slight variations in scent, color, or clarity may occur between batches. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

3. Limited Releases
Each full moon release is limited to 105 bottles. Once a batch is sold out, it may not be restocked. Bottle numbers and batch numbers are part of the collectible nature of the product and cannot be changed after purchase.

4. Orders and Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:
• Product availability
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping
We will make reasonable efforts to ship orders in a timely manner. However, Thirteen Moon Fragrances is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Due to the nature of fragrance products and limited releases, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your item arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 5 days of delivery
• Provide photos of the damage
• We will arrange a replacement if available or issue a refund
We cannot accept returns for:
• Change of mind
• Personal preference of scent
• Opened or used products
